No extremes, no gimmicks, just truly finding a way to improve your health on a daily basis. Everyone is unique, with their own strengths and abilities. One Trainer Working With 2 Clients
Semi-Private Training can be done virtually or in person.
If you're looking for extra accountability there is no better way than to bring a buddy (friend, spouse, buddy).
Every workout is tailored to help you both reach your goals by focusing on heart health, balance, weight loss, strength, and endurance.

IN STUDIO TRAINING
Personalized Training In Our Private Studio
If going Virtual isn't your jam, we are in the studio also! I see both individual and semi-private clients in the studio. It is a private space (no open gym memberships) that allows us to work on your fitness with all the bells and whistles of a traditional gym setting.
